Eyes Coloring Tutorial + Sai file

Since some of you asked me about making tutorial on eyes I finally decided to do it ; u ;
But as you can see I suck at explaining things
And I REALLY don't know how to explain last step so Im giving you the sai file... for 50 cuz Im poor LMAO (it's my very first time trying to use that option so tell me if it's not working and I'll try to fix it ;; u ;; )
